The Collier County partnership will provide a 12-week Fathering Skills Program for 60 non-custodial fathers involved in domestic violence.

FatherCORPS is a collaboration of the Northeastern Regional Mental Health Center, Northeast Indiana Healthy Families and the Noble County Community Foundation to address issues facing fathers in Noble and DeKalb counties. FatherCORPS will provide recreational and educational activities in collaboration with YMCAs; father support groups; community awareness activities including a Father of the Year Essay Contest and an annual community-wide June Father's Day event; training of trainers through the National Center on Fathering, recruiting participants from area Promise Keepers chapters; and monthly educational seminars for low-income, non-custodial fathers.

The Oregon Community Foundation is a partner in "Hand in Hand" a coalition of over 300 members working for two years to increase parent and community involvement in public schools. "Hand in Hand" is part of a national campaign sponsored in part by the Mattel Foundation. The partners plan to direct special emphasis on applying and refining project strategies to reach out to disengaged, low-income, often non-custodial, fathers.

The Community Foundation of Sarasota County, the Family Counseling Center of Sarasota County, the Fathers United Network and other partners plan to develop a community based parenting program for low-income, non-custodial fathers between the ages of 15 and 30 years old.

The community foundation is working with a statewide public/private partnership on "team parenting," a concept designed to help never married parents develop constructive parenting relationships. This is a statewide project that may have an impact on Wisconsin's highly visible welfare to work program.
